The Olde Millbrook board serves as the governing body responsible for maintaining the community’s shared assets, enforcing rules, and supporting the overall quality of life for residents. For a community of about 200 units, the board helps ensure that common areas are well-kept, financial resources are managed responsibly, and decisions reflect the interests and well-being of the neighborhood. Through planning, oversight, and communication, the board helps create a safe, attractive, and cohesive community environment.
